About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing professional services firm with ambitious expansion plans across Northern England. Stonesworth is delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager on their behalf. You will identify strategic opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and play a pivotal role in expanding our client's market presence across the region.
Duties
Prospect, engage, and secure new business through outbound strategies.
Attend industry events and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms in alignment with company pricing frameworks.
Report weekly on pipeline status, activity metrics, and revenue forecasts.
Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team best practices.
Skills
2+ years of new business sales experience within a B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop territory plans and manage full sales cycles.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality.
Full UK driving licence required.
