About the Role

Our client is a dynamic and growing technology company with a strong SME customer base. Stonesworth is recruiting an Inside Sales Executive on their behalf. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with small and mid-sized businesses to demonstrate the value of our client's solution and convert them into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of SME prospects through outbound and inbound activity.

  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations via video call and phone.

  • Handle objections professionally and apply consultative sales techniques.

  • Meet monthly revenue targets and pipeline generation KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurturing activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience in a B2B environment.

  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent phone manner, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
